A 20-year hospitality industry veteran, Heinrich is an innovative, adaptive leader passionate about technology and the people in his team. He is also a proud South African who can cook up a mean BBQ.
Grant Wilkins, Sales
Grant is a seasoned sales professional with over 30 year’s experience in the hospitality industry. Having led teams through constant change, he is skilled in finding technical and commercial solutions for his clients.
Swashna Deo, Sales
Swashna is an accomplished sales expert with over 9+ years of experience in the telecommunications and hospitality industries. In her free time, she enjoys hitting boutique wineries and watching rugby.
Merle Dean, Sales
As a passionate sales and account manager, Merle has over 20 years in the hospitality sector with an in-depth understanding of her client’s business needs. In her downtime she enjoys the outdoors and playing hockey.
Danyal Hezbas, Senior Network Engineer
Danyal is a highly qualified Senior Network Engineer with more than 8 years’ experience in the industry. The UNSW graduate comes with CCNA, HCNP, Ruckus WiSE, Ruckus ICX Implementor, Fortigate NSEA certification.
Jake Bruwer, Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager for HoneyBadger Technologies, Jake is responsible for overseeing installs, client support and training for all of our products and services. When not at work, he enjoys camping, fishing and the odd game of golf.
Fortis Jooste, Operations Supervisor
As our Operations Supervisor, Fortis uses his Tower Climb and Rescue skills to coordinate, install and maintain HoneyBadger products, a job that often leaves his hanging hundreds of metres above the ground.
Dennis Timmins, Admin
With extensive experience in the Managed Services environment along with his Vendor & Supplier management skills, Dennis provides strategic support to our team. He is a keen community volunteer with an interest in food and culture history.
Beverley Wood, Admin
Beverley is our marketing and events expert with many years of experience across a range of sectors. As the voluntary Secretary of the Australian Chapter of the Hospitality Financial Technology Professionals Association she is always up to date on the latest in the industry.

Jess is an experienced digital specialist with a passion for social media and brand strategy. When not online you’ll find her hitting the books completing her studies or halfway up a mountain rock climbing.
